Summer Internship Programme 2025
Important Announcement
Dear Students, only those who have paid the operational cost will receive an email with their offer letter and terms & conditions. These must be signed and returned to us via email for the internship placement to be acknowledged and approved by us.
Note: Form C will only be valid after our approval and offer letter. Do not submit it to your advisor signed by us until we confirm your placement. Any forms c submitted will not be recognized or deemed valid. Secured X Wave LLP will not hold any responsibility.

Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Summer Internship Programme organized by Secured X Wave LLP at Pak-Austria Fachhochschule (PAF-IAST), all participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
a. The internship will officially run from 16th June 2025 to 1st August 2025, with daily timings from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
b. All interns must maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward mentors, coordinators, and fellow interns at all times.
c. Interns are strictly prohibited from making any audio or video recordings of training sessions, discussions, or internal activities.
d. This internship is privately organized by Secured X Wave LLP and is not affiliated with or supervised by any other university faculty, except Dr. Rizwan Akhtar, who is the official startup advisor. No other faculty members are allowed to interfere with the program.
e. A small operational fee will be charged from all participants.
f. The operational fee is non-refundable, even in the case of voluntary withdrawal or expulsion due to disciplinary reasons.
g. ID cards and necessary materials will be issued to all registered interns at the beginning of the program. In case a participant decides to withdraw or leave the program early, they are required to return all issued items, including their ID card.
h. All content, learning materials, and project work shared during the internship are the intellectual property of Secured X Wave LLP. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
i. Interns are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in all assigned activities. Poor attendance or non-participation may result in disqualification from receiving a certificate.
j. Internship certificates will only be awarded to candidates who complete the full duration, follow all rules, and meet performance and attendance criteria.
k. Secured X Wave LLP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any important updates.
l. By registering, all interns agree to comply with these terms and conditions throughout the duration of the internship.
